修護人員技術知識分享意願探討之研究-以海軍某後勤修護工廠技術為例

摘要


在知識的儲存、分享、選取、應用與創新管理程序中,知識分享被公認為在知識管理中是主要的一部份,但員工多數人則普遍認為權利的來源是知識,所以組織推行知識分享時一大障礙,且因為多數的知識管理計劃無法落實地執行,部分原因為計劃本身未臻完備,或許是忽略人性觀感及價值,故深入瞭解影響知識分享動機與意圖之因素,從管理面採取合適的方法,才能確實觸動組織內成員樂於知識分享,有效全面提升組織知識管理運作,進一步強化組織的競爭優勢。 知識共享,大多數企業使用一個激勵機制,獎勵那些知識分享,或者建立一個知識管理平台,以促進共享。很少有研究著眼於個人信仰調查知識共享。為了提高知識管理的效率,本研究探討了認知態度對知識分享行為基於以下理論的方面的影響:理性行為理論( TRA ) ,計劃行為理論( TPB ) ,技術接受模型(TAM )和認知失調理論。在這項研究的結果顯示,個人的“知覺行為控制” (有意識的信仰)和“態度” (價值判斷)對知識分享行為的顯著影響。結果表明,組織應防止個人之間的衝突,這可能會阻礙知識共享。在另一方面,該利用內部的培訓課程來教導員工知識共享,提高他們的個人專業技能。組織也提供環境,可以使知識分享給員工更多的方便與一些設備和文件的援助。這些方法可以減少員工的阻力,提高他們的意圖,分享知識,然後就可以達到目標,擴大競爭力和組織的智力資本。

In the store of knowledge, sharing, selection, application and innovation management process, knowledge sharing is considered in knowledge management is a major part, but most people are generally considered employees the right source of knowledge, so the organization to implement knowledge sharing a major obstacle when, and because most of the knowledge management plan can not landing field, partly due to the program itself might not be perfect, perhaps ignore human perception and value, so depth knowledge sharing motivation and factors intention effect, taken from the management side appropriate methods in order to really touch the happy knowledge sharing within the organization members to effectively enhance organizational knowledge management and operation, to further strengthen the competitive advantage of the organization. Knowledge sharing , most companies use an incentive , reward those knowledge-sharing , or create a knowledge management platform to facilitate sharing. Few studies have focused on the investigation of knowledge sharing personal beliefs . In order to improve the efficiency of knowledge management , this study explores the cognitive approach based on knowledge sharing behaviors impact of the following theories : Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA), Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and cognitive dissonance theory . In the results of this study show that individuals ' perceived behavioral control " ( faith -conscious ) significantly influence and " attitude " ( value judgment ) on knowledge sharing behavior. The results show that organizations should prevent conflicts between individuals, which may hinder knowledge sharing. On the other hand , the use of internal training courses to teach employees to share knowledge and improve their personal and professional skills. Organizations also provide environment allows knowledge sharing to employees more convenient with some equipment and documentation assistance. These methods can reduce employee resistance and improve their intent to share knowledge , then you can achieve the goal of expanding the organization 's competitiveness and intellectual capital.
