國民小學低年級教師資訊素養、資訊進修需求與教學效能之研究:以台中縣為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討台中縣國小低年級教師資訊素養、資訊進修需求與教學效能的現況,分析不同背景之台中縣國小低年級教師差異之情形,並瞭解低年級教師資訊素養與教學效能及資訊進修需求與教學效能之關係。   本研究採用問卷調查法及訪談調查法,進行台中縣國小低年級教師問卷資料及訪談資料的蒐集,共發出470份問卷,回收431份,可用率為87.9%,並進行描述性統計分析、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson相關分析及Scheffe’s法等資料處理,另進行十位國小低年級教師實地訪談。   本研究結論如下: 一、台中縣國民小學低年級教師資訊素養、資訊進修需求與教學效能,均屬於中上程度。 二、不同性別、年齡、教學年資、學歷、資訊研習時數及學校規模在整體資訊素養上皆有達到顯著差異。 三、不同性別、年齡、教學年資、學歷、資訊研習時數及學校規模在資訊進修需求上並無顯著差異。 四、不同性別、年齡、教學年資、學歷及學校規模的國民小學低年級 教師在教學效能上皆未達到顯著差異;不同學校規模的國民小學低年級教師有達顯著差異。 五、台中縣國民小學低年級教師在資訊素養與教學效能之間呈現正相關,亦即整體資訊素養較高的教師,其教學效能也較高。 六、台中縣國民小學低年級教師在資訊進修需求與教學效能之間呈現正相關,亦即資訊需求較高的教師,其教學效能也較高。

This paper aims to investigate information literacy, demand for in-service training, and teaching efficacy for different backgrounds among lower-grade elementary school teachers in the Taichung County. Further, this paper studies the relation between information literacy and teaching efficacy and between demand for in-service training and teaching efficacy among lower grade elementary school teachers. This paper used questionnaires and interview surveys conducted among lower-grade elementary school teachers in Taichung County. Of the 470 questionnaires originally prepared, 431 were recovered, with the recoverability rate being 87.9%. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, and Scheffe’s method of data processing were used on the obtained data. Furthermore, 10 elementary grade school teachers were interviewed. The findings of this study are as follows: 1. In Taichung County, lower-grade elementary school teachers score moderately in terms of information literacy, demand for in-service training, and teaching efficacy. 2. Information literacy is significantly affected by gender, age, teaching experience, educational background, teaching hours, and school size. 3. In-service training is not significantly affected by gender, age, teaching experience, educational background, teaching hours, and school size. 4 Teaching efficacy is not significantly affected by gender, age, teaching experience, qualification, and school size. However, it is significantly affected by the standard of the school. 5 Among lower-grade Taichung County elementary school teachers, there is a positive correlation between information literacy and teaching efficacy. That is, the higher the teachers’ information literacy, the more their teaching efficacy. 6 Among lower-grade Taichung County elementary school teachers, there is a positive correlation between demand for in-service training and teaching efficacy. That is, the higher the demand for in-service training, the more the teaching efficacy.
