面對經濟環境的快速變遷,企業須採取更靈活的策略與佈局,才能在產業中搶得先機,此時更仰賴跨專業多功能的員工,因此,透過培育內部員工成為符合組織需求與任務的「通才」,已是人力資源的發展趨勢,而工作輪調即是培育通才的主要作法,在實施工作輪調後,對企業相當重視的組織承諾、工作績效的二大課題是否有正面顯著的影響,相當值得進一步探討。 本研究在探討汽車製造業Y公司之從業人員,其工作輪調、組織承諾分別對工作績效是否有顯著影響關係,利用問卷方式針對Y公司有輪調經驗之從業人員進行樣本收集。共發出 250 份問卷,回收224份問卷,回收率為89.6%,其中有效問卷為217份,有效問卷回收率為86.8%。本研究利用 SPSS 12.0軟體以敘述性統計分析、信度分析、因素分析、相關分析與迴歸分析進行研究變項之探討,研究結果發現: 1. 工作輪調對組織承諾具有顯著正向影響。 2. 組織承諾對工作績效具有顯著正向影響。 3. 工作輪調對工作績效具有顯著正向影響。
Business need to take more flexible strategies and arrangement to cope with economy environment nowadays. Relying on more cross-function and multi-profession human resources to take competitive advantages, therefore, to form a "generalist" which conforming to organization demand and task by breed up internal employee are trends in human resource subject.Job rotation is the major method to breed up a generalist. It is worth to study that job rotation has significant positive effects on organization commitment and job performance after implementing. This research purpose is to identify the relation between job rotation, organization commitment and job performance separately of employees in Motor Y Company, collecting effective samples from the Y company employee with job rotation experience trough questionnaire.Total 250 questionnaires are delivered, 244 questionnaires are received, and return rate was 89.6%.Valid questionnaires were 217, the valid return rate were 86.8%.This study applied Descriptive Statistics Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Factor Analysis, Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis as variables via SPSS 12.0 software, the study results as below: 1. Job rotation has significant positive effects on organizational commitment. 2. Organizational commitment has significant positive effects on job performance. 3. Job rotation has significant positive effects on job performance.
