應用TRIZ理論建構企業經營管理之矛盾矩陣與策略創新法則

摘要

近年來，在瞬息萬變、產品科技快速發展的環境中，台灣經濟面臨前所未有的嚴峻挑戰。面對產業結構的改變以及全球化市場競爭等議題，企業「如何創新」已成為企業提升競爭力之重要手段之一。
管理大師Peter Drucker認為，如果企業長期保持高速度增長，很快就會耗盡整個世界的資源。在《藍海策略》一書中作者指出，企業很難永遠保持卓越，欲衝破紅海，必須創造無人競爭的市場空間。在快速變動的市場環境裡，適時變革可以讓企業保持持久活力、持續發展。然而，變革的關鍵策略思維，就是「創新」。
本研究利用萃思（TRIZ）理論發展過程的歸納方法於企業經營管理的創新策略的系統化解題模式上。本研究成果不同於一般TRIZ應用於產品開發問題上，而且所提出的方法也不同於傳統的企業經營管理領域的創新思考模式。
本研究建立了一個適用於各企業經營管理領域應用的矛盾矩陣以及策略創新法則、並且提出許多產業實務案例來強化說明其應用。希望企業在制定創新策略過程中所面對到的矛盾問題，可以透過本研究產出的矛盾矩陣與策略創新法則得到解決的方法。

Taiwan economy has been facing serious challenges particularly in the rapidly-changing product technology environment. When dealing with the issues such as the changes in industrial structure as well as global market competition, “how to innovate" has become one of the most important strategies for industry to improve competitiveness.
Management guru Peter Drucker believes that if the indurty maintains long-term rapid growth, the overall resource in the world will be ran out completely very soon. In the book "Blue Ocean Strategy", the author has pointed out that it is difficult for industry to maintain excellence for always. If the industry would like to step across the Red Sea, the industry must create a market space where no others can compete. In the rapid changing market environment, change in the right time can help to develop a sustainable business environment. However, the key strategic thinking for change is "innovation."
This study applies an induction approach, which is similar to the process of TRIZ development, for exploiting the systematic problem solving models for innovative strategies of business management. The objective of the research is not on product development, which is the purpose of traditional TRIZ. Further, the achievements of the research are different from other innovative thinking approaches proposed by other investigators working in the area of business management strategy.
This research has established a contradiction matrix and strategic innovation principles which are applicable to all business management areas. Many practical industry case studies have been reviewed in order to intensify the description of the proposed approach. With the proposed approach, hopefully industry can successfully resolve any contradictional issues while establishing innovative business strategy.
