課業壓力、社會支持與幸福感之實證研究

摘要


中文摘要 本研究旨在探討臺中市市立高中體育班學生課業壓力、社會支持與幸福感之實證研究,根據研究結果可為作為學生與家庭、學校教育與未來研究之參考。本研究採用問卷調查法,以100學年度現就讀臺中市立高中之一、二、三年級體育班學生為研究對象,採隨機抽樣方式進行問卷調查,以自編之「課業壓力、社會支持與幸福感間之探討問卷」為資料收集工具,內容包含基本資料、課業壓力量表、社會支持量表及幸福感量表等四部分。共發放問卷500份,回收454份,有效問卷回收率達90.8%。所得資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、典型相關與多元逐步回歸進行資料分析,研究結果如下: 一、不同性別、年級的高中體育班學生課業壓力「家庭因素」、「學校因素」構面有顯著差異、女學生在課業壓力程度高於男學生、三年級課業壓力高於二年級、不同運動項目的高中體育班學生在課業壓力的「個人因素」構面上達顯著水準,球類運動組的課業壓力高於陸上競技運動組。 二、不同運動型態高中體育班學生在社會支持的「師長支持」達顯著差異,陸上運動學生較水上運動學生傾向「師長支持」。 三、不同年級、性別、運動項目在幸福感方面均無顯著差異。 四、高中體育班學生課業壓力與社會支持有典型正向相關存在。 五、課業壓力的「個人因素」、「人際因素」對幸福感能有顯著預 測作用。 六、社會支持的「同儕支持」、「師長支持」對幸福感能有顯著預 測作用。 【關鍵詞】高中體育班、課業壓力、社會支持、幸福感

Abstract The purpose of the study is to explore the condition of academic pressure, social support and well-being among athletic class students of Taichung municipal high schools. The result could be a reference for education of both school and family or further related studies. Questionnaire survey and purpose sampling were adopted in this study. The study samples were the first to the third grade athletic class students who study in senior high schools in Taichung City in the school year of 100. A questionnaire of academic pressure, social support and well-being edited by the researcher was used as the research tool, and it was composed of personal data, academic pressure, social support and well-being scales. 500 questionnaires were distributed and there were 454 valid returns. The effective return rate was 90.8%. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, canonical correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows: 1. As to academic pressure, different genders and grades make significant difference in the dimension of family and school factors. Girls experience higher academic pressure than boys, and the pressure of the third grade students is higher than that of the second grade. Different sport specialties also show significant differences. Ball players have higher academic pressure than track and field athletic students. 2.High school athletic students of different sport specialties obtain different social or teacher support. Students of track and field sports prefer teacher support than those of aquatic sports. 3.The well-being of high school athletic class of different grades, genders or sport specialties shows no significant difference. 4.High school athletic class students’ academic pressure has positive correlation with social support. 5.Personal and interpersonal factors of academic pressure can predict well-being. 6.Peer and teacher supports in social support can predict well-being. 【Key words】High school athletic class students , Academic Stress ,Social Support, well-being.
