摘要

本研究探討飼料添加之益生菌株，枯草芽孢桿菌（Bacillus subtilis），比較兩株工業菌株（B. subtilis GB-168 (實驗組)、B. subtilis CA-08 (控制組)）生長動力學、耐熱特性，以及微氧環境下菌株之生長情形。本研究亦探討膳食中草藥添加在發酵液中之影響。
