本研究探討飼料添加之益生菌株,枯草芽孢桿菌(Bacillus subtilis),比較兩株工業菌株(B. subtilis GB-168 (實驗組)、B. subtilis CA-08 (控制組))生長動力學、耐熱特性,以及微氧環境下菌株之生長情形。本研究亦探討膳食中草藥添加在發酵液中之影響。 實驗結果顯示提高溫度對菌株生長的影響顯示具有良好的效果,Bacillus subtilis在腸道溫度(35
