廠房營建專案主要的利害關係人包含業主、營造廠、設計者、設備商等成員,成員之間的互動品質如何影響關係績效以及專案績效為值得探討的議題。本研究採取多重個案研究方法,以兩兩成員關係為分析單元。首先,以資訊(知識)分享之互動、業務或流程的連結及專屬資產的投資為互動品質之指標,並分別於專案規劃、執行及專案結束後業主使用階段來衡量互動品質;其次,以合作滿意度及持續合作意願為關係績效之指標;最後,以專案範疇、品質、時間、成本為專案績效之指標。本研究以四個廠房營建專案(規模介於1-2億新台幣之間)為個案,採用深入訪談、文件蒐集、參與觀察等方式蒐集資料。資料分析結果得到以下結論:第一,規劃階段與執行階段的互動品質有所提升者(具有學習效果),其關係績效較高;第二,各組成員之間若有某組成員互動品質不佳,則影響專案績效;第三,專案結束後業主使用階段,對於專案品質的認知會修正關係績效,第四,業主與承攬商成員之間的關係品質(信任),對於規劃階段的互動品質並無正向幫助。本研究針對上述結論深入討論管理蘊涵,並對專案管理之規劃與溝通提供具體的建議。
The participants of a factory building construction project include owners, construction companies, designers, equipment manufacturers, and other members. How the quality of interaction of all participants affects the relationship performance and project performance is an important issue to be discussed. This research adopts multiple case study method. The analysis unit is the membership of each two participants. First, take interaction of the information (knowledge) sharing, the connection of business or process, and investment of specific assets as interaction quality and evaluate the quality in phases of project planning, executing, and operating. Then, the satisfaction of cooperation and the willingness to continue the cooperation are the indicators of relationship performance. Finally, use scope, quality, time and cost of the project as the indicators of project performance. This research focuses on four factory construction projects (the sizes of construction cost are between 100 and 200 million NTD) as an example. Data are collected by interviews, participant observations, and document collections. Based on the data analysis, the conclusions are as follows. 1. In the phases of project planning and project execution, the one which has higher interaction quality (due to the learning effect) has better relationship performance. 2. If the interaction quality of some members in the group is poor, it affects project performance. 3. Owner’s cognition of project quality in the operation phase will continue to affect the relationship performance. 4. The relationships quality (trust) between owners and contractors doesn’t have a positive effect on the interaction quality in the planning phase. Based on above conclusions, this research discusses the implications of management and provides specific recommendations for project planning and communication.
