使用者與產品互動所產生的使用者經驗是產品成功與否之關鍵要素。本研究之目的在探討產品使用經驗對使用過程期待意象之影響,所得結果期能讓設計師將使用者經驗應用於產品設計過程中,確切掌握產品特性,創造出具期待概念之產品。本研究分兩階段進行,首先沿用先前研究「產品使用過程之期待意象探討」中所得之期待設計手法,以時間顯示裝置之設計為例,設計出具期待意象之樣本。接著經由SD法進行使用者經驗對期待意象影響之實驗,實驗將受測者分成無經驗(首次使用產品)和有經驗(多次使用產品)兩組進行,測試所得結果利用主成分分析、群集分析、多元回歸分析及成對樣本T檢定比較有無使用經驗下之差異。
Users experience generated by users in their interactions with products is the key to the success of the products. The purpose of this research paper is to explore the influence of users’ experience with products on the expected image of usage process so that the result will enable the product designers to incorporate users’ experience into products that meet such expectations by properly understanding the product characteristics. This research is performed in two stages. At first this research applies the expected design techniques derived in the previous study, “The Expected Image in the Process on Using Products” using the design of the time display device as an example to come up with the sample of the expected images. Afterwards, this paper applies the SD method to perform an experiment on the influence of users experience on the expected images. The experiment separates the subjects into those with usage experience (of using the products many times) and those without usage experience (of using the product for the first time). The test results are analyzed with principle component analysis, cluster analysis, multiple regression analysis and paired sample t-tests to compare the differences between those with and without usage experience.
