台中市銀髮族休閒偏好與阻礙

摘要

本研究最主要是在探討台中市銀髮族休閒偏好以及休閒阻礙因素為 主，以現有相關實證研究之發現，深入探討與分析，並針對銀髮族之休閒 需求，提高其休閒參與，降低阻礙因素。本研究抽樣範圍分別以台中市八 個行政區採集群抽樣方式從中各抽取一個公園綠地。研究對象針對台中市
65 歲以上之銀髮族人口，以立意抽樣方式，至各公園採取對 65 歲以上的銀 髮族做問卷調查，總計有效問卷為 300 份，再以描述性統計、因素分析、 信度分析、單因子變異數分析、成對樣本 T 檢定、IPA 分析法及典型相關分 析進行統計資料分析。
研究結果顯示，台中市銀髮族從事休閒活動多為女性且月收入 3 千-2 萬元居多；台中市銀髮族參與休閒活動在個人阻礙與人際阻礙皆有顯著差 異；經由典型相關分析結果發現，休閒偏好的社交型與休閒阻礙的人際阻 礙具有相關性；而休閒滿意項目之心理面向、社會面向較受到休閒阻礙影 響。

The purpose of this study was to research the study of the elders’ leisure of the constraint and the preference in Taichung City, discussing and analyzing the present studies. We hoped that the plans of improvement could help with the elders’ leisure. Subjects for study were 300 of over 65 years old elders in the eight parks of district in Taichung City. To analyze the collected data, the
findings of this study were as follow. The statistical tools of descriptive analysis, Reliability Analysis , Factor Analysis , one-way ANOVA, paired-sample T-test , Important-Performance Analysis ,IPA and canonical correlation analysis were employed in this study.
Study results indicate that:(1)those participants who the elders’ leisure of the participation activities are mostly female, with average income of NT$3,000-10,000;(2) the elders’ leisure of the participation activities are significantly related to interpersonal of the constraint and structural of the constraint;(3)participant of the constraint on leisure are partially related to flow the satisfied leisure of psychology, physiology, society, relax, aesthetics;(4)participant of the preference on leisure of accomplished are partially related to flow the leisure of interpersonal constraint.
