摘要

從台灣推行數位廣播電視的情勢上來觀察，目前正面臨重重考驗及障礙。首先是播放的數位內容無法吸引消費者。其次是接收機的價格過高的問題，故消費者沒有意願使用數位廣播電視的原因。 在本論文的觀點中，認為主要是數位內容版權問題。消費者可以容易的透過一些裝置盜錄數位內容，導致內容提供者的權利及財產損失，這就是為何內容提供者遲遲不肯將優質的數位內容放到數位廣播系統中播放。 此研究提出一個解決方案，利用一個高整合度的視訊處理器開發低成本的數位廣播接收機，用以吸引消費者使用。接收機使用條件式接收存取機制，在類比與數位視訊介面也必須置入保護拷貝的技術，來達成數位版權管理在數位廣播電視上的運用。

From the current situation of developing digital broadcasting TV system in Taiwan, we can see there are a lot of challenge and obstacles. First of all, the digital content is not attractive to consumer. Sencondly, the charge for digital receiver is too high. Those are the reasons that users do not want to buy into digital broadcasting TV.
This thesis is mainly focus on digital Right issue. The major issue is that users can take the advantage on the current technology to copy digital program easily by some equipements. It unfringes upon the right and property of the digital content owner, which is the reason that a content provider is hesitate to provide quality program to digital broadcasting TV system.
How to attract users？This thesis provides a low cost solution to achieve the purpose of Digital Right Management (DRM) is digital television broadcasting by designing a highly untegrated video receiver. This receiver also includes a conditional access mechanism at receiving side, and a copy-protection techanlogy at the digital and analog output interface.
