參與學習型社團的需求與效益之探討

摘要 近幾年來,全球掀起一股學習的熱潮,如何建立「學習型組織」使學習不斷在個人、團隊及組織中持續進行,讓成員的潛能不斷發展及超越自我,而社團是學習型組織中重要的一環,在教育中所佔的地位更是重要的,它雖不是正規教育的一門科目,但它對人格的影響是不容忽視。 本研究係探討人參與社團的動機、阻礙、及其效益等,以自填式問卷並採便利抽樣法,本研究於2010年5月1日至6月30日間進行問卷發放,共發放400份,有效問卷360份,有效問卷率90%。所得結果如下: 一、選擇社團方面,以「體育性」為最多,其他次依序為「藝術性」,參與社團活動也在「學校」為最多選擇。 二、在「個人參與活動或課程的意願因素」的現況分析中,大部分社團參與者均以「因為想參加活動或課程而加入此社團」為第一考量;「要多花錢交會費」為不願加入社團的主要因素。 三、大部份受訪者以「自我成長動力」、「自己的興趣」因素為主要動機而受「父母的意見或安排」、「師長的鼓勵」及「受明星、偶像的影響」為最不可能的參加社團活動之動機。 四、以「改善我的人際關係,交到更多朋友」、「學習到互助合作的關念」及「心靈得到滿足」對參與不同社團活動後對個人的影響最大。而「對我的課業或工作」影響最小。 關鍵字:學習型組織 、需求、阻礙、效益

Abstract Recently a global learning trend is coming, how to create a learning organization to continue learning for individuals, teams and organizations becomes an important issue. To participate learning organizations can encourage members to pursue their careers beyond themselves. However, to join a club is an effected process to join a learning organization. Although a learning organization cannot be treated as a formal education organization, it influences member’s personality highly. The objective of this research was to study participating demand,motivations, constraints, and effects among members of learning organizations. Four hundred people were selected by a cconvenience sampling method. A structured self-assessed questionnaire was used in this cross-sectional, descriptive study. Three hundred and sixty valid data were used to analyze as the results, the valid corresponding rate was 90 %. The surveys were conducted during the period of May 1 to June 31, 2010. The results of this study were the followings: 1. Sport clubs were the most elections for surveyed samples, art clubs were the second most elections. The locations of most clubs for people to attend were schools. 2. The most reason for members of clubs was “to attend a class or an activity”. The least reason was too expensive to pay the member fee. 3. “Self-growth” and “personal interests” were the major motivations for surveyed samples to participate a club; “parents’ opinions”, “teachers’ or elders’ encouragements”, and “movie stars’ or idles’ influences” were the least motivations. 4. “To make more friends to improve personal relationships with people”, “to learn to cooperate”, and “to feel satisfactory of their spirits” were the most effects for surveyed samples to participate a club; “to influence school-works or jobs” was the least effects.
