企業縮短工作時間衝擊面之分析

摘要


由於政府目前大力推行企業縮短工作時間,而有相當多的廠商配合實施隔週休二日,因此降低勞工的工時已成為時尚。本文針對企業縮減工作時間影響力的整體分析,發現企業全面實施每週工作四十四小時,則每年將增加一千四百億的開支,全年亦將多付十六億的加班費;如再降為四十小時,屆時廠商必將以減少薪資或加班費因應。惟勞工既得工作休閒的利益,若能致力於提高工作生產力,則可彌補雇主縮短工時的損失,方能達成縮短工時的目標。

New fashions to enterprises shorten labor working period after two days off weekly highly announced by government lately. This paper focuses the general influence analysis upon the working 44 hours a week, the cost of firms throughout a nationwide will be 140 billion yearly, whole year overtime job fee add 1.6 billion too. Even though decrease to 40 working hours, enterprises should lessen job salary or overtime fee respectively. Viewing employees have more leisure period, if they improve lots of work productivity, strategy will be achieved and enterprises loss covered as well.
