摘要


成功的專案管理必須跨越平衡的三重限制-即成本、性能與時程。本文用實例說明企業如何在當今的動態環境裏採取專案方法改善經營,對於應用於專案管理的每一步驟,及它們如何保證可量化和可量測的三重限制高品質輸出之方法,亦有詳盡的解釋,並以已經執行的專案實例解釋,適當的專案管理系統方如何使專案復甦,公司如何建立共享網路分享知識與學習課程,如何藉著謹慎執行專案管理的系統方法彌補執行階段的初期時程延遲。 目前所有企業均致力於開發與追求發展專案管理知識的系統方法,本文則亦說明專案管理與六-∑結合的可能性。與六-∑結合將使專案管理具備客觀量測與監控專案三重限制的強有力工具。整合兩者的發展,將可俾益許多產業與組織的經濟環境。

A successful project management strides for balanced triple constraints (cost, performance and schedule). We utilized cases to illustrate how corporations in today’s dynamic environment adopted project methods to improve or even overhaul bottom line performance. We also explained methods apply to each process of project management and how it helped to warrant high quality output in quantifiable and measurable triple constraints. A real implementation project was utilized in this paper to explain how appropriate methodologies of project management revived the project; how the knowledge and lessons learns were shared throughout company by establishing shared network; how the delay of schedule at early stage of implementation had been caught up by carefully executing the methodologies of project management. Corporations of today’s environment continue to explore and pursue methodologies to develop knowledge of project management. In this research paper we would like to shed the light on the possibility of incorporating project management with Six Sigma. Incorporate with Six Sigma concept, project management would equip with powerful tool to objectively measure and monitor the triple constraints of project. Developing the integration of Six Sigma with project management would be the area that we consider to be beneficial to economic environments of sorts of Industries and organizations.
