本研究主要在了解校長轉型學校領導與學校組織文化之現況與相互問的關係。採用問卷調查方式,根據文獻分析的結果編製研究工具「教師學校生活問卷」,此問卷具有良好的信效度。正式施測時,採用分層隨機抽樣方式,以高雄市公立國民小學教師為抽樣樣本,共抽取27所學校,共獲得431份有效樣本,再將抽樣結果運用平均數、標準差、t考驗、單變量變異數考驗、薛費多重比較、與皮爾遜積差相關等統計方式進行資料分析。 本研究之結論為:1.高雄市國小校長轉型學校領導趨於正向;2.高雄市國小學校組織文化趨於正向;3.中小型學校教師知覺到的校長轉型學校領導較高;4.小型學校與中型學校的教師知覺到的學校組織文化較高;5.校長轉型學校領導愈良好,學校組織文化愈佳;6.校長轉型學校領導與學校組織文化具有密切相關。本研究結論為校長轉型學校領導與學校組織文化之關係,提供了進一步的了解。
This thesis is to understand recent situation on and relationship of principals' transformational school leadership and school organizational culture among elementary schools in Kaohsiung. The research method employed ill this study is the survey method with a questionnaire. The questionnaire is entitled ”Teacher school life questionnaire”. It has excellent reliability and validity. A sample of 486 teachers was stratified random sampling from 27 schools in Kaohsiung. Finally, there were 431 valid responses from the survey of the target teachers, and the data was analyzed by using the method of descriptive and inferential statistics, including mean and standard deviation, ANOVA, Scheffe' method, and Pearson's product-moment correlation. The main fmdings of this study are as follows: 1.The principals' transformational school leadership of elementary school in Kaohsiung is above average level. 2. The school organizational culture of elementary school in Kaohsiung is above average level. 3. Teachers from middle-size schools perceived principals' transformational school leadership significantly higher. 4. Teachers from small-sized and middle-size schools perceived school organizational culture significantly higher. 5. Elementary school's teachers perceived principals' transformational school leadership better, the school organizational culture become higher. 6. There is a positive relationship between principals' transformational school leadership and school organizational culture.
