The study purpose is to understand the impact on body balanced sports ance training at various frequencies during a twelve week period in order to check students' health-related physical fitness. The study method were 52 female college students who were divided into three groups i.e. 22 students in Group A who practiced sports once a week, 16 students in Group B who sports three times a week, and 14 students in Group C who sports five times a week. The project duration was about twelve weeks. Their physical fitness was checked before and after the training. Data were analyzed by t-test from the correlated samplings and Analysis of Covariance. The study's results concluded that (1) there is a standard significant variance in softness, muscle and heart/lung endurance in each group after training; (2) the softness and muscle endurance in Group C was better than both Groups A and B; the heart/lung endurance of Group C was better than Group A. There is no standard significant variance in heart/lung endurance between Groups B and C.
