目的:瞭解不同變項對教練領導行為與運動滿意度之差異相關情形。方法:本研究係以參加97年度全國大專校院運動會桌球比賽之選手為研究對象,以「大專桌球選手教練領導、運動滿意度與成績表現量表」為問卷,共計發放320份問卷,回收問卷302份,問卷回收比率達94.38%,扣除無效問卷12份,有效回收率90.63%。以獨立樣本t檢定和單因子變異數分析進行資料處理。結果:不同運動成就、學校類別、比賽成績、訓練年數在教練領導行為與運動滿意度達到顯著性差異;不同成績表現在教練領導行為和運動滿意度有差異性存生;大專桌球選手教練領導可以預測運動滿意度。結論:「關懷行為」、「獎勵行為」、「專制行為」之教練領導行為是預測運動滿意度主要項目。教練於球隊訓練上須要注重選手之身心理狀況,給予關懷和獎勵並有所規範,可以讓選手更有學習動機和運動滿意程度。
This study aimed to explore some various factors which influence the coach's leadership and player's performances. The subjects of the study are players who attended The 2008 National Table Tennis Games for College Students. They were asked to fill out a questionnaire on coaches' leadership, player's exercise satisfaction and performances. There are 320 copies questionnaires totally. There were 302 copies received, and 12 were invalid, so the valid ratio of received copies is 90.63%. Independent T-test and one-way ANOVA statistic analysis were utilized on the data. Result: the coach's leadership and exercise satisfaction have a lot to do with player's performances, schools, game results, and training duration. The coach's leadership can predict exercise satisfaction because his care, rewards and autarchy would be the factors which determine player's exercise satisfaction. Players' performances can be attributed to the coach's leadership and exercise satisfaction. Therefore, the coach supposed to pay attention to the players' physical and mental development. In conclusion, not only specific regulation but also care and praise are very important factors of motivating players to perform best.
