摘要

本文研究目的旨在探討運動賽會對國家發展運動觀光之相關性，並以奧林匹克運動會為例。本研究採用文獻分析法。先蒐集相關理論、議題、趨勢與過去相關學者研究的成果和文獻，並將所蒐集的資料文獻加以整理、歸納、分析、解釋，作為本研究推論之依據。分析結果發現：運動賽會是現今發展國家主權、建設及觀光模式的拓荒者。歷史的演進已促使運動賽會成為現今最具商機的無煙囪產業，二十世紀早期的傳統觀光發展到至今觀光產業（品）的多元化發展，不論從國際趨勢與市場商機而言，已表現結合冒險、運動、探索與求知等事物。有鑑於此，舉辦國際性運動賽會將是運動觀光產業外交與經貿之外，另一個將台灣推向國際舞台的管道。

The main purpose of this research is to study the relevance between nation athletic tourism development and athletic competition game. Olympic game is an instance inside this study. This research was based on documentary methodology, relevant theories, issues, tendency and the study achievements and documents by past scholars were categorized at first, then, and these documents had been arranged, concluded, analyzed and explained to be the inference basis of this study. The results are as follows, athletic game is a pioneer which to develop nation sovereignty, constructions and tour style. The history evolution had urge athletic game to become the most potential non-chimney industry from the traditional tourism development in the early 20 century until the diversification development nowadays. In the point of view of international tendency or commercial marketing opportunity, athletic game had presented the combination of adventure, athletic, discovery and intellectual curiosity. Accordingly, to held international athletic game would be an another method to push Taiwan forward global arena except official diplomacy and trade.
