台灣DA2009之婚姻暴力版與非婚姻暴力版之發展及其效度

摘要

台灣家庭暴力防治法自1998年通過至今已十年，案量雖大增但高危險個案之防治工作須卻須迅速與妥適。但是基層警察與急診室之情況常以現在DA量表題目過多未能配合，本研究之目的即在回應簡化DA量表之實務需求以便能在各縣市之警政、醫療、社工等相關通報單位接觸被害人後即能對其案件作一快速致命危險評估，以能達快速處理與保護安全之原則。本量表之婚暴版係以260位7縣市男對女之婚姻暴力案件為樣本，其效度（即準確度）ROC值為.825，r值為.547，屬於中高效度。非婚暴版以195位嘉義縣四年所收得之男女均有之非婚姻暴力案件為樣本，其效度ROC值為.843，r值為.421屬於中高度效度。研究發現本版本比原林明傑(2005)所發展之試辦方案使用之DA15題婚暴版效度（ROC值為.718，r值為.364）與非婚暴版效度（ROC值為.724，r值為.354）均更高些。

It is over 10 years since Taiwan passed Domestic Violence Prevention Law in 1998. The preventive work had tendency to move toward refined. The purpose of this study was to develop a shorter version of Danger Assessment scale to respond the need to quick assessment for the victims by the first-line police officers, medical staff, social workers to screen high lethal danger victim from the large amount of victims. Thus they can provide the shelter and safer procedure for the victim. For the intimate abusers version, totally 260 female victims collected from 7 areas in Taiwan used to screen 6 items from the original DA items. It was found that the validity of the new 6-item DA had a ROC value of .825 and a r of .547, which was belong to middle high validity. For the non-intimate version, 195 non-intimate domestic violence victims collected in Chiayi County used to screen 6 items. It was found that the validity of the new 6-item DA had a ROC value of .843 and a r of .421. Both of which indicated the shorter version had much better validity. The advantage and disadvantage were both discussed.
