本研究目的在比較十二週健身房課程前、後健康體適能的差異情形。以長榮大學95學年度第二學期二、三年級體育課專項選修健康體適能班之學生92名(男生35名、女生57名)為研究對象,男生平均年齡為18.4±0.55歲,身高為1.70±0.55公分,體重為61.8±9.8;男生平均年齡為18.51±0.8歲,身高為1.62±0.08公分,體重為55.46±11.19。健康體適能測驗項目包括身體質量指數、坐姿體前彎、屈膝仰臥起坐、立定跳遠與登階測驗。所測得之各項健康體適能成績以相依樣本t-test考驗統計方法進行分析,研究結果如下:男生各項健康體適能前、後測驗成績在一分鐘仰臥起坐與登階測驗等項目達顯著差異,而女生在一分鐘仰臥起坐、立定跳遠與登階測驗階等項目達顯著差異,亦即其後測成績顯著地比前測成績進步,也就是其教學有改善效果。
The purpose of this study is to compare with the difference of twelve weeks fitness gym course before and after. According to the second semester second and tired grade 92 students (Includes 35 boys and 57 girls) taking an elective course of fitness gym in CJCU, the boys average age is 18.4±0.55, average height is 1.70±0.55, average weight is 61.8±9.8; the girls average age is 18.51±0.8, average height is 1.62±0.08, average weight is 55.46±11.19.Health related physical fitness test items include BMI, sit and reach, sit-up, standing long jump and step test. According to measuring all items of health related physical fitness, the performance used paired t-test to analyze. The results are as following: There were significant differences between the performance of one second sit-up and step test to boys before the health related physical fitness and after. And there were significant differences among one second sit-up, standing long jump and step test to girls. In another word, there were significant differences before the health related physical fitness and after. So, the teaching had an enhanced effect.
