單字熟悉度為一個人對於某一單字的熟悉程度。在進行心理語言學實驗,單字熟悉度在實驗刺激語的挑選上扮演著重要的角色,然而迄今尚未有任何針對台灣人日語學習者所架構的日語語音單字熟悉度資料庫。因此在本研究當中不僅闡述架構台灣人日語語音單字熟悉度資料庫的方式及過程,也透過與文字提示的熟悉度以及日語母語話者的語音單字熟悉度的結果比較,闡明台灣人日語學習者的日語語音單字熟悉度的特徵。本研究的主要結果如下所示。1.台灣人日語學習者的日語語音單字熟悉度大多分布在4-6分(7等級評分)。熟悉度評定值愈低,該評定值的單字數愈少。2.語音提示的熟悉度較文字提示的熟悉度為低。此外,文字提示熟悉度低而語音提示熟悉度高的單字的特徵為英語外來語居多。3.整體而言,台灣人日語學習者的日語語音單字熟悉度低於日語母語話者。日語母語話者的日語語音單字熟悉度高而台灣人日語學習者的熟悉度低的單字以日語複合動詞為多。
Word familiarity is how familiar a person thinks he or she is with a certain word. To perform a psycholinguistics experiment, the use of word familiarity is essential. However, so far there hasn't been any Japanese auditory word familiarity database built for Japanese learners in Taiwan. This paper not only illustrates the procedure of building this database but also discusses the analyses performed and used in this database and other related investigation results. To sum up, three points can be summarized as below: 1. The familiarity values of auditory word were concentrated from 4-points to 6-points (7-scale) 2. The familiarity values, of auditory word were lower than the ones of visual word. 3. The familiarity values of auditory word by Japanese learners in Taiwan were lower than Japanese native speakers.
