In ethnomusicology, there are a lot of Taiwan indigenous sound recordings in Japan and Taiwan research, which has been analyzed mostly by western and Chinese pentatonic scale methodology since 20 century. It was almost recorded by staffs and represented the melody construction by tone, rhythm, and tempo method. But there is still a big step to construct the rhythm by the emic (indigenous way) to the same recordings. Undoubtedly, it showed bountiful culture symbol in Taiwan indigenous music, especially Amis harvest festival music. So, this research try to differentiate the types of intervals forms of the rhythm, including four kinds of intervals form ten field recordings since 1990-2010. From above four kinds of intervals this research also construct the combination of four kinds of intervals, including overlapping, intermingle, connecting, and interaction. Finally, the rule of Amis indigenous music of melody was set up the form of the Amis melody elements.
