The purpose of this study is to explore the antecedents of actual use for medical e-learning system from technical perspective. In this study, we define technical factors which include perceived ease of use (PEOU), perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived credibility (PC).442 valid respondents were collected for this study. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to validate the hypotheses. The empirical findings were as followings: (1) computer self-efficiency positively affect both on PEOU and PU, negatively affect on PC. (2) technical factors positively affect on attitude. (3) attitude positively affect on continuance intention, and continuance intention also positively affect on actual use. The findings provide managerial implications for future researches.
