大學生情侶之愛情風格、溝通姿態、關係滿意度及關係承諾度之探討－對偶分析研究

摘要

研究目的：旨在使用對偶分析來探討大學生情侶其愛情風格與溝通姿態的關連，以及情侶在此二者的一致與否和他們在親密關係中的滿意度及承諾度之間的關聯性。研究方法：採用網路問卷調查，取得有效樣本共174對大學生情侶，年齡18－25歲。研究工具包括臺灣人愛情風格量表、人際溝通量表、滿意度量表、承諾量表。以描述性統計、列聯相關、卡方檢定、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、和複迴歸分析等方法進行統計分析。研究結果：1.大學生情侶之愛情風格和溝通姿態有顯著相關。2.大學生情侶中，愛情風格一致者其關係滿意度、承諾度皆顯著高於愛情風格不一致者。3.溝通姿態正向一致者，其關係差異滿意度低於溝通姿態不一致者。4.大學生情侶之愛情風格配對和溝通姿態配對能有效預測關係滿意度。5.大學生情侶之愛情風格配對和溝通姿態配對能有效預測關係承諾度，其中愛情風格一致與否最具預測力。6.大學生情侶之關係承諾度會因其不同的關係滿意度而有顯著差異。研究結論：大學生情侶的愛情風格和溝通姿態與滿意度和承諾度的關聯可提供輔導、諮商等相關領域助人工作者在實務上的運用與參考方向。

Purpose: This study adopted a dyadic analysis approach to explore the relation between college couples' love styles and their communication stances as well as the relation of these variables to their satisfaction with and commitment to the relationship. Methods: An internet questionnaire was used to gather responses from 174 dyads-dating college students age 18 to 25 in Taiwan. The questionnaire included a love style questionnaire, the Satir Interpersonal Communication scale, a relationship assessment scale, and a commitment scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, chi-square, t-tests, a one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The main findings are as follows: (a) There is a significant correlation between love style and communication stances. (b) Couples with consistent love styles had higher relationship satisfaction as well as higher commitment than inconsistent pairs. (c) Those dyads with a congruent communication stance had less discrepancy in relationship commitment than inconsistent pairs. (d) Love styles and communication stances predicted relationship satisfaction. (e) Love styles and communication stances predicted relationship commitment. (f) Different levels of relationship commitment corresponded to different levels of relationship satisfaction. Conclusions: The exploration of love styles and communication stances among dating couples is applicable to relationship counseling in colleges in Taiwan.
