近年來,隨著資訊科技的迅速發展,使旅行業之資訊系統快速整合,於是組織規模慢慢擴展,組織也趨向公司化經營;面對公司化之經營與管理,組織面臨需大量聘請員工之情況,希望員工能接受、融入其旅行業組織文化,進而促進組織公民行為,以提升旅行業之競爭力。所以本研究以綜合旅行業之員工為研究對象,採用先前學者之問卷,預試經因素分析後,獲得可信之Cronbach' α值,實際問卷發放至台灣綜合旅行業,總共發放900份問卷,回收276份,扣除無效問卷31份,有效問卷數為245份,有效回收比例為27.53%,並利用統計方法相關分析及結構方程式加以探討。獲得本研究之相關發現如下:研究發現組織文化為能有效預測其組織公民行為,故要提升組織公民行為要建立其合適之組織文化。
In the recent year, as the developing of the information technology, the information system of travel agency merged quickly. How to let employees to share their knowledge in order to create the core competence is an issue. The result of this study is the organizational culture could forecast employees' organizational citizenship behavior. Moreorve, constructing the employees' organizational citizenship behavior should establish suitable organizational culture.
