The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of Chen’s passive repeated plyomeric power machine in TKD training. First, the subjects accepted 60RPM squat leg press training, moreover, for the deeper study result of this, hopefully to gain some effects from Chen’s passive repeated plyomeric power machine, and also provide the coaches some references or use for up date the machine later. After four weeks training program, the results of this study were noted as followed: l.Squat let press was improved significant (p<.05). 2.The power of 30m-rui, drop jump, stand jump, triple stand jump, shuttle run, and 30 sec.-front kick were improved significant (p<.05) in lower Extremity. 3.Triple stand jump were not improve too much. 4.The power (30 sec front kick) of experiment group was more improved significant (p<.05) than comparison group, but there was no difference in strength.
