摘要

休閒文化活動與空間規劃成爲都市發展的重要策略，亦爲提升文化生活品質的基礎。過去文化偏向於精神與藝術層級，同時都市規劃中也一直將其歸類爲單純的公共設施，由於缺乏對文化活動參與行爲的瞭解，與完善的文化設施建設計晝，致使文化發展始終難以推動。據此，本研究透過新竹市的實證調查研究，來瞭解一般民眾在休間時間參與文化活動的時間、偏好與行爲，以及休閒文化活動與文化設施的關聯性，期能作爲未來都市規劃與文化生活空間塑造的參考。

The cultural activities, participated in leisure time, which has been the important strategy in urban development become the foundation to promote the quality of life. In the past, culture is posited in spirit and art degree, and classified to pure public facility in urban planning, so it had resulted in promoting in difficult. By using questionnaire survey and fieldwork in Hsin-chu city of Taiwan, participant behavior of cultural activities in leisure time in terms of time, space, and their relations with personal background are examined Based upon the analysis of development attributes of cultural activities, suggestion to transform the urban planning and shape the cultural living space are addressed in the last session.
