本研究旨在瞭解高雄市運動休閒俱樂部從業人員認為所需具備的管理能力。研究對象以134位高雄市亞歷山大及伊士邦俱樂部之員工為主。「運動休閒俱樂部管理能力量表」為研究工具。問卷共有四十題,分為行銷(七題)、人力資源(十題)、財務(四題)、行政(八題)、溝通(六題)及危機管理(五題)。採用描述統計及One-way ANOVA來進行資料分析。結果顯示:運動休閒俱樂部從業人員所需管理能力依序為溝通、人力資源、危機管理、行銷、財務及行政。研究建議:(一)溝通、人力資源、危機管理、行銷、財務及行政為運動休閒俱樂部從業人員重要之管理能力。(二)此結果可提供政府、俱樂部及學校作為預備課程之參考指標,以培養適當的運動休閒俱樂部人才。(三)未來的研究應多著重在管理能力方面的研究。
The purpose of this study was to identify the management competencies in recreational sport clubs of Kaohsiung. Participants were 134 recreational sport club employees from Kaohsiung city in Taiwan. The Fitness Club Management Competency Instrument (FCMCI) was used in this study. The questionnaire consisted 40 competency statement which were divided into 6 factors: Marketing (7 items), Human Resources Management (10 items), Finance (4 items), Administration (8 items), Communication (6 items), and Risk Management (5 items). Descriptive statistic and one-way analysis of variance were chosen in the data analysis. The result indicated that communication and human resource were the top rated factors (competencies) followed by risk management, marketing, finance, and administration. Research suggested (a) Communication, human resource, risk management, marketing, finance, and administration are the most important competencies in managing recreational sport clubs in Kaohsiung, Taiwan; (b) the findings of the present study provide guideline to government, recreational sport clubs and schools in developing professional preparation programs and for recreational sport club employees to success in sport industry; (c) further research needs to pay more attention to the area of management competencies in recreational sport club in Taiwan..
