現今企業因應消費者需求端快速改變,導致產品發展由大量生產,逐漸發展趨於多樣少量,且還須面對產業升級和轉型的迫切需求。許多企業嘗試透過精實的管理手段和改善方法,來降低成本、提高效率和品質,以提昇產業競爭力。 消除浪費是許多企業最終的目的,浪費過多將造成企業產生許多浪費成本的損失,不但影響企業的營運模式,更造成更多的重工、等待與庫存。所以企業必須重視「改善專案規劃」的重要性。本研究係透過品質機能展開技術(Qualify Function Deployment;簡稱QFD)結合精實生產(Lean Production)理論,以消除更多無意義之浪費,最後透過實際應用之結果,來印證本研究之方法論的可行性與績效評估。
Rapid changes in consumer demand have resulted in sophisticated mass production product development. Progressive product development innovation has lead to product diversity for smaller market segments. These market and production developments have created an urgent need for industrial upgrade and transformation. Many companies have tried Lean management tools and improved methods to reduce costs, improve efficiency and quality, to enhance industrial competitiveness. Elimination of waste is the ultimate goal of many companies. Too much waste causes loss to enterprises which lowers the enterprise’s production efficiency through rework, waiting and inventory. Enterprises must therefore pay attention to "improving project planning". In this study Quality Function Deployment (QFD) technology is combined with lean manufacturing (Lean Production) theory to eliminate senseless waste through practical application to prove the feasibility of this methodology and performance assessment.
