以赤子愛勝蚓去除工業污泥中重金屬之研究

Removing of Heavy Metals in Industrial Sludge by Eisenia fetida

摘要


在工業製程當中,廢水處理之後產生了大量污泥的問題,而如何將污泥進行穩定、無害化與處理為一重要課題。因此本研究利用類似蠕蟲-堆肥法(Vermi-composting)的方式以赤子愛勝蚓(Eisenia fetida),進行11週工業污泥重金屬的去除研究。結果顯示三污泥除了面板污泥,其餘兩種污泥在使用赤子愛勝蚓進行重金屬移除以及蚯蚓的繁殖率上皆有適當的配比。最適合蚯蚓繁殖的比例在釀酒污泥最佳配比為80%生廚餘+20%污泥,石化污泥也為80%生廚餘+20%污泥,但考慮處理量可採用60%生廚餘+40%污泥之配比進行。 而在重金屬移除效率上當蚯蚓繁殖的數量越多,相對的會帶動污泥中的微生物活性不論是微生物的礦化作用,或是蚯蚓體內累積重金屬的特性,都會增加重金屬的移除率。以釀酒污泥為例蚯蚓數量最多的樣品NO.4,期移除率皆高於其他三個配比,因此最佳移除重金屬效率與最高的繁殖污泥配比是有正相關性。而三種污泥初始置入的蚯蚓會有大幅的死亡,但存活下來的蚯蚓仍具有繁殖與成長的能力,甚至在第9~11週成蟲數有回升的現象。這表示即使在11週內沒有明顯移率除或繁殖率,仍可將此配比列入進行處理的考慮中。

The problem of large amounts of sludge, which in the industrial process, wastewater treatment sludge stable, harmless and treatment is an important issue. Therefore, my study is similar to the way of the Vermi-composting, and industrial sludge removal of heavy metals research in 11 week. The results showed that the three sludge in addition to the pane sludge, the other two sludge use Eisenia fetida heavy metal removal and earthworms reproductive rate of all the appropriate ratio. The most suitable for the proportion of earthworm breeding in distillery sludge ratio of 80% uncooked waste and 20% sludge, and petrochemical sludge to 80% uncooked waste and 20% sludge. However, considering the processing capacity ratio of 60% uncooked waste and 40% sludge can be used. More removal efficiency in the heavy metal, when the number of earthworm breeding, will be driven the activity of microorganisms in the sludge, and microbial mineralization in the sludge, or earthworms accumulate heavy metals characteristics, it will increase the heavy metal removal rate. For example Wine sludge the earthworm largest number of NO.4, of removal rates were higher than the other three ratio, so best remove the heavy metal efficiency and the highest breeding sludge have a positive correlation. At first earthworms have substantial death in the Three types of sludge, but the surviving earthworms reproduction and ability to grow, even in the 9th to 11th week adult worms rebound phenomenon. This means that the rate even at 11 weeks, no significant shift in addition to or rate of reproduction, can still use this ratio included in the processing considerations.
