This thesis uses technology acceptance model 2, together with service quality, to explore the factors affecting tourists’ selection of electrical scooters in Liuqiu Township. 388 questionnaires from the renters of electrical scooters are collected via convenient sampling. The result of the study reveals that those factors, such as “Perceived Easy of Use”, “Perceived Usefulness”, “Subjective Norm” and “Service Quality” have significant impact on the “User Intention”. Additionally, “Perceived Easy of Use”, “Subjective Norm” and “Image” have significant impact on the “Perceived Usefulness”. “Voluntariness” is the only one of the two moderating variables that has significant moderating effect. Finally, suggestions, such as to enhance the design of the scooters, to highlight the environmental friendliness image of the scooters, and many others, are made based upon the findings from this research.
