中等教育學程中兩性平等教育課程內涵之德懷術研究

The Investigation of Curriculum Contents on Gender Equity Education at Secondary Teacher Education program: A Delphi Study

摘要


本研究主要建構中等教育學程中兩性平等教育課程之內涵並評定其重要性,及探討專家對中等教育學程中兩性平等教育課程內涵之重要性所持的理由意見。根據研究目的,本研究採取德懷術(Delphi Technique),邀請培育中學師資之教授、中學基層教師及社會專業人士等55位兩性平等教育專家參與三回合之德懷問卷調查。研究小組依據相關標準,將各課程內涵的重要性分為「極重要」、「重要」與「次重要」等三個等級。本研究經德懷術匯整專家群的意見,所建構之中等教育學程中兩性平等教育課程內涵,共分為五個層面:基礎理論、學校教育、教師自覺、社會文化與兩性互動,合計81項內涵。再者,作者根據結論,對本研究結果的運用、中學師資培育機構與後續研究等方面提出具體建議,以促進培養具性別平等教育知能之中學教師,進而建構兩性平等之教育環境。

The purpose of this study is to utilize Delphi Technique in obtaining the consensus of the priorities of the curriculum contents on gender equity education at secondary school teacher education, and integrating the reasons behind them. The researchers solicited the consensus from the panel of secondary school teachers, teacher educators, and practitioners. In this study, three rounds of Delphi questionnaires were administered to the panel. Then, according to the certain criteria, researchers arranged the priorities of these curriculum contents that the panel suggested, into three levels: ”significant”, ”important”, and ”less important”.After analysis and arrangement, there were 81 items and five categories as fallows: 1. Basic theories, 2. Schooling, 3. Self-awareness of teachers, 4. Society and culture, and 5. Interaction between female and male, in the curriculum contents of gender equity education at secondary teacher education program. Finally, the researchers provide suggestions for the implementation of the findings of the study.
