本研究旨在於探討高雄市國民小學兼任行政職務教師組織學習與行政效能的關係。研究工具為「國民小學兼任行政職務教師組織學習與行政效能研究問卷」。本研究得到下列幾項結論:1.國小對組織學習知覺屬中上程度,以「自我超越」層面最佳。2.國小兼任行政職務教師知覺行政效能屬中上程度,以「社區支持」最為良好。3.年長、高學歷、行政資深、教師兼主任、中小型學校之國小兼任行政職務教師,組織學習知覺較高。4.年長、行政資深、教師兼主任、服務於小型學校之國小兼任行政職務教師,行政效能知覺較高。5.總務處之兼任行政職務教師的組織學習、行政效能知覺較低。6.兼任行政職務教師組織學習愈積極,行政效能愈高。7.組織學習透過系統思考之正向功能的發揮,能提升行政效能。8.組織學習對行政效能有顯著的預測力,其中以「自我超越」最能預測行政效能。
The purpose of the study is to discuss the relationship between organizational learning and administrative efficiency in the primary school teachers who having part-time administration job in Kaohsiung city. The research instrument of this study-”Questionnaire of the investigation of organizational learning and administrative efficiency in the primary school teachers who having part-time administration job.” As a result, some conclusions are made by the study: 1. The organizational learning by the primary school teachers belong to middle and upper degree, and aspect of oneself surmounts is the best. 2. The primary school teachers who having part-time administration job of administrative efficiency belong to the above-fair level, and aspect of the community supporting is the best. 3. Primary school teachers who having part-time administration job are older, highly educated, experienced, holding concurrent jobs of deans and serving at medium and small-scale school possess higher organizational learning. 4. Primary school teachers who having part-time administration job are older, experienced, holding concurrent jobs of deans and serving at small-scale school have higher perception of the administrative efficiency. 5. The office of general affairs teachers who having part-time administration job have lower perception of the organizational learning and administrative efficiency. 6. If the organizational learning of a school is more positive, the teachers who having part-time administration job will be higher of the administrative efficiency. 7. Through organizational learning positive function oriented of think systematically can affect the improvement of administrative efficiency. 8. The organizational learning have significant prediction capability of administrative efficiency. Among them, the ”oneself surmounts” can best predict the administrative efficiency.
