本研究以國軍主計與財務單位軍職人員為對象進行問卷調查,探討其工作壓力、工作滿意度、工作價值觀與組織承諾之關係。研究發現,整體而言,國軍主財人員的「工作壓力」對於「工作滿意度」其有顯著的負向影響;而「工作壓力」中除「工作輪調成受」因素,對於「組織承諾」的「組織認同與努力意願」因素具有顯著的正向影響外,其餘皆對「組織承諾」具有顯著的負向影響;國軍主財人員的「工作滿意度」、「工作價值觀」對於「組織承諾」具有顯著的正向影響;而「工作滿意度」對於「工作價值觀」具有顯著的正向影響;「工作滿意度」對於「工作壓力」影響「組織承諾」中的「組織認同與努力意願」因素具有中介效果;「工作滿意度」與「工作價值觀」的交互作用,對「組織承諾」具有顯著的影響。
This research targeted the national defense's financial units as their interviews. This will discuss the relationship of their work stress, work satisfaction, work values and organizational commitment. We observed that as a whole the ”work pressure” of the National Defense's financial units has a negative influence on their ”work satisfaction”. Also, aside from having a positive influence on the ”organizational identification and effort intention” factor of the ”organizational commitment” by the ”work appreciation” factor of ”work stress”; they negatively influence ”organizational commitment. Their ”work satisfaction” and ”work value” positively affects their ”organizational commitment”. On the other hand, ”work satisfaction” possesses the influence on ”work value”. ”Work satisfaction” possesses an intermediary effect happening when ”work stress” is influencing the ”organizational identification and effort intention” factor of ”organizational commitment”. The correlation of ”work satisfaction” and ”work value” has a disturbing effect on ”organizational commitment”.
