In response to the policy direction and to enhance the quality of campus school safety, and in order to promote students' diversified learning and development, the school security force in all major tertiary institutions needs to be properly planned. At present, the new system of school security officers and the military training instructors are concurrently working. The operation of the school also needs to be drastically adjusted in response to the actual needs of the school. With analysis on how to arrange the school safety manpower business projects and the current situation, this article explores the professional competence required by school safety manpower. It is found that schools should, in addition to using the trained security officers, also strengthen the professional competence of the academic staff. In order to achieve the goal of promoting the development of all students, it is suggested to refer to the professional ability of the academic staff to handle related professional training so that student affairs and related counseling work will be more professional, and then give rise to the functions of guiding students' independent studies and creativity.
