This study explored the effects employee psychological contracts exert on the organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior of employees and investigated the moderating effects of organizational change on the relationships between them. A total of 322 valid questionnaires were collected from a sample comprising China Youth Corps members, and hierarchical regression analysis was performed to test hypotheses. The results indicated that psychological contracts positively affected organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. However, organizational change weakened the relationship between psychological contracts and organizational citizenship behavior. In this paper, specific recommendations are proposed to facilitate maintaining the organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior of staff.
