本研究旨在探討心智訓練對大專羽球初學者正手發短球學習效果之影響,以台南縣遼東技術學院四年制參加羽球興趣選項之男性學生的名為研究對象,並將受試者分為心智訓練組、身體練習組與控制組。心智訓練的內容包含:肌肉放鬆、認知、意象等訓練,經過六星期實驗訓練後,結果發現: 一、心智訓練組、身體練習組之正手發短球之前、後測成績有顯著差異。 二、心智訓練組、身體練習組之正手發短球技能學習保留效果有顯著差異。 三、三組受試者正手發短球之後測成績有顯著差異,心智訓練組與身體練習組之後測成績均明顯優於控制組,但心智訓練組與身體練習組之間則未達顯著差異。 四、三組受試者正手發短球之保留測驗技能成績有顯著差異,心智訓練組與身體練習組之保留測驗技能成績均明顯優於控制組,但心智訓練組與身體練習組之間則未達顯著差異。
The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of the mental practice on learning of short serve among Badminton beginners, 45 students of Far East College participate in the research. The participants were divided into three groups, includes Mental Practice Group, Physical Practice Group, Control Group. Each group was assigned with different practice for six weeks. The research showed the following results The skill learning effect of the Mental Practice Group and Physical Practice Group reached a significantly higher level between pre-test and post-test. The retentive effect of the Mental Practice Group and Physical Practice Group reached asignificantly higher level. There was significantly differences on post-test among three groups, Mental Practice Group and Physical Practice Group had better performance than control group. There was significantly differences on retentive performance among three groups, Mental Practice Group and Physical Practice Group had better performance than control group.
