SBL籃球員飲酒行為與動機之調查研究

目的：社會大眾普遍對球員觀感不佳，抱持著籃球運動員愛喝酒的刻板印象，鮮少人瞭解籃球運動員愛喝酒的原因。本研究欲瞭解SBL籃球運動員之飲酒行為及動機，探討不同球齡、籃球水準、婚姻狀況、收入所得等各變項的的飲酒行為和飲酒動機上是否存在差異。方法：研究對象以國內七支SBL籃球隊員，共計110名調查對象；本研究以問卷調查方式收集資料，問卷內容包括球員基本資料（球齡、籃球水準、婚姻狀況、收入所得）、運動員飲酒行為調查以及飲酒動機量表；最後以T考驗及單因子變異數分析探討不同背景變項之籃球選手在飲酒行為及飲酒動機的差異。結論：90%的運動員有飲酒精驗，88.2%的籃球員在過去三個月內有過飲酒行為。在不同背景變項分組中，僅球齡分組有達顯著差異，其他三個變項皆未達顯著差異，在單因子變異數分析上也未達顯著差異。研究結果顯示，在球隊中球齡最短、年紀最小的年輕球員在飲酒行為與動機上得分最高。在球隊中擔任主力球員，上場時間較多的國手或年收入較高的球員，對自我管理良好，在各分組中得分都最低。希望將來能藉由此研究，了解以體育運動為職業者之飲酒行為與動機，以做為日後即將投入選秀之各大專籃球運動員預防教育之參考。

Objective: The general public has aversion toward professional basketball players' misbehaviors due to alcohol abuse, yet few ever try to uncover the reasons. This study intends to explore the behaviors and motivations for SBL basketball players, probing into a wide range of variants to see if there is any difference between ages, levels of basketball skills, marriage condition, income and etc. Method: The study combines a questionnaire collecting information like ages, level of basketball skills, marriage condition, incomes among players, a drinking behavior investigation and a drinking motivation measurement. Finally, the study employs T-Test and Single-Variant Analysis to discuss the difference in drinking behavior and drinking motivation among players under different variants. Conclusion: Statistics have shown that more than 90 percent of athletes have used alcohol and 88.2 percent of basketball players have used alcohol for the past 3 months. However, among the different variants' tables, only the table of ages exhibits a noticeable difference, other variants display only slight differences. So does Single-Variant Analysis. The study also has shown that a young player could score the highest points both in drinking behavior measurement and drinking motivation measurement. On the other hand, unlike young player, a start-line player or a national basketball team player or high lever income player has a better self-management and scores low points in these tables. This paper intends to uncover the reasons of a professional athlete's drinking behaviors and motivations, aiming to act as a prevention reference for the future generation of junior colleges basketball players.
