摘要

本研究以北部大學生294名為對象，進行「大學生休閒阻礙量表」之編製。參考相關文獻後，編擬一份包括63題描述休閒阻礙情形的量表。本量表經項目分析、因素分析等步驟，選出合適的題目（48題），結果顯示休閒阻礙主要可由十二個因素構成，包含「設施與環境（8題）」、「重要他人影響（4題）」、「同伴（3題）」、「資訊（4題）」、「興趣與勝任感（5題）」、「交通與擁擠（3題）」、「安全感的需求（3題）」、「活動性質（3題）」、「個人責任（3題）」、「社會角色（4題）」、「外在資源（4題）」、「社會網路（4題）」，所能解釋變異量69.094%。修訂之後的量表，各因素信度Cronbach's α係數介於.6901～.8926之間，總量表之α係數為.9369，形成正式量表。

This study was based on the leisure theory to construct Leisure Constraint Scale using the samples of college students in Northern Taiwan. Through the literature .review, Sixty-three leisure constraint items were obtained. Two hundred ninety-four college students were examined (134 males, 160 females) using sixty-three leisure constraint items. According to the results of item analysis and exploratory factor analysis. The numbers of items were reduced from sixty-three to forty-eight. These items were divided into twelve factors using factor analysis. These factors were named, respectively: ”equipments, facilities and leisure environment”, ”the influence of others”, ”companions”, ”information”, ”interest and competence”, ”the traffic and crowd”, ”the needs of security”, ”the property of activities”, ”personal responsibilities”, ”social roles”, ”external resources”, ”social network”. These factors can explain 69.094% of variance of leisure constraint among college students. The internal consistency of Cronbach's α coefficient was ranged from .6901 to .8926, and the Cronbach's α coefficient of total scale was .9369. In general, the Leisure Constraint Scale showed appropriate validity and reliability among college students in Northern Taiwan.
