美國打工旅遊參與動機、阻礙因素對參與意願之影響

摘要

隨著海外打工的風氣日漸盛行，本研究以專門為大學生設計的美國打工旅遊計劃為此次的研究方向，主要目的在探討大學生美國打工旅遊之參與動機、阻礙因素與參對意願的影響效果。首先，以立意抽樣與配額抽樣的方式，抽選出高雄應用科技大學及高雄餐旅大學之三個系所之學生為抽樣對象；研究結果顯示打工旅遊參與動機對參與意願有顯著的影響，部份獲得支持。之後，經由集群分析將打工旅遊參與動機區分成三個群組，分別命名為「綜合取向型」、「社交/嘗鮮型」、「知性/成就型」。打工旅遊阻礙因素對參與意願有顯著的影響，部份獲得支持。不同個人特質之參與者在參與意願上有顯著的差異，部份獲得支持；經由獨立樣本t檢定與單因子變異數分析後結果顯示多數的受測者對於未來前往美國參加暑期打工旅遊有著高度的興趣與意願，女性受測者比起男性受測者對於未來參與暑期打工旅遊意願還要高。

Work & Travel USA program becomes more and more popular in recent years, therefore, the study takes Work & Travel USA program as a example in order to discover the influence of motivations, constraints on willingness of participation of Work & Travel USA program for college students. First, the study used purposive sampling and quota sampling, and took three departments from 2 schools of Universities in southern Taiwan as sampling examples. The result showed motivations on the willingness of participation of WAT program were partially supported. Analyzing by the K-mean clustering which be divided the motivations of participants into 3 types are named as「synthesis-oriented」,「social-oriented」, and「intellectual-oriented」. Second, constraints on willingness of participation of WAT program were partially supported. Third, demographics on willingness of participation of WAT program were partially supported. Numerous participants are show the highly interested in joining WAT program. Compared with male students, female students have the strong intention to join the WATprogram in the future.
