本論文主要探討『知識管理』與『市場導向』對『產品研發創新績效』之影響,藉由論文之研討,來瞭解企業運用市場導向的方式加入知識管理的導入與推行後,對產品研發創新之績效是否成正向之影響。 本文首先參考國內、外學者有關於知識管理、市場導向與產品研發創新績效等方面之相關文獻,於知識管理方面,歸納出知識的取得、整合、移轉與創造四項因素。而於市場導向方面則採用Narver & Slater (1990)所提出的市場導向三大內涵:顧客導向、競爭者導向以及跨部門協調。最後參考多位學者提出的產品研發創新績效的衡量指標,歸納分類出績效之財務面、市場面與滿意度面,做為產品研發創新績效之衡量準則。 本論文研究對象以研發人員、工程技術人員、產品規劃人員、行銷業務人員以及資料管理人員等。從143份的廠商問卷調查研究分析後,得到下列研究假設之結論: (1).企業提昇知識管理的能力對產品研發創新之績效有正向影響獲得受訪者之支持。 (2).提昇市場導向之三大內涵功能對產品研發創新之績效有正向影響亦獲得支持。 (3).強化知識管理對市場導向的三大內涵與產品研發創新績效的正向影響有干擾效果亦獲得受訪者之支持。 因此知識管理的導入或推行與市場導向三大內涵的提昇有助於產品研發創新績效的改善,因此企業在推行或導入知識管理之際,需要正視知識管理所產生的附加價值,並將知識管理納入企業對未來規劃之決策考量,藉由提昇知識管理的能力與市場導向的三大內涵的相互結合與運用,可以使企業變得更靈活更精明、更能夠適應環境的改變,更可讓產品與服務符合顧客的需求,並增加顧客的滿意度。
This thesis investigates the effects of Knowledge Management and Market Orientation on the performance of Product Research and Development (R&D) Innovation. Through researching the factors of market orientation and knowledge management, we can examine if market orientation and knowledge management can have positively impact on the performance of product R&D innovation in IC industry. From literature review, there are four major factors in knowledge management: knowledge acquisition, knowledge application, knowledge transfer, and knowledge creation been put into concern. Customer orientation, competitor orientation, and inter-functional coordination are chosen to be the major factors of market orientation by according to the theory of Narver & Slater (1990). The performance indexes of product R&D innovation are categorized into three indicators: finance, marketing, and satisfaction after analyzing many academic reports. Researching samples are taken from the employees of IC industry, which includes R&D engineers, application engineers, product engineers, sales, program managers, and information center etc. Total 143 questionnaires have been analyzed , and then three conclusions have been proved effectively: (1).The improvement of knowledge management capability has positively affected the performance of product R&D innovation in IC industry. (2).The three major factors of market orientation can improve the performance of product R&D innovation effectively in IC industry. (3).The improvement of knowledge management capability can positively interacted with the three major factors of market orientation and the performance of product R&D innovation. Results indicate that market orientation and knowledge management can improve the performance of product R&D innovation. Through installing market orientation and knowledge management, IC companies can become more flexible and sensitive to marketing changes, and the products and services will meet the market requests more effectively and efficiently. Moreover this will raise up the satisfaction of customers.
