本研究旨在瞭解桃園縣國小校長知識領導與教師專業學習社群運作的現況,並分析不同背景之教師知覺校長知識領導與教師專業學習社群運作的差異情形,最後探討校長知識領導與教師專業學習社群運作的相關情形。 本研究採問卷調查法,以分層比例隨機抽樣,共抽取桃園縣62所小學,796 位合格國小教師,有效問卷703份,可用率88.1﹪。實際有效樣本為703份,問卷可用率為88.1﹪。問卷所得資料運用統計套專軟體SPSS for Windows12.0版進行描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、 薛費(Scheffé)事後考驗、皮爾森積差相關、典型相關以及多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析,研究結果如下: 一、 桃園縣國小教師知覺校長知識領導之現況屬「中上」程度。 二、 桃園縣國小教師知覺教師專業學習社群運作之現況屬「中上」程度。 三、 不同性別、擔任職務及學校規模之桃園縣國小教師對校長知識領導的知覺有顯著差異。 四、 不同學校規模之桃園縣國小教師對教師專業學習社群運作的知覺有顯著差異。 五、 校長知識領導與教師專業學習社群運作具中度正相關,亦呈現顯著典型相關。 六、 校長知識領導中以「知識創新行動」對整體教師專業學習社群運作最具預測力。 根據以上研究結果提出具體建議,裨供教育行政機關、國小校長與教師,以及後續研究者作為參考。
The purpose of the study was to understand the current situation of principals’knowledge leadership and teachers’professional learning community operational of elementary schools, meanwhile, it also aimed at analyzing the differences of teachers’ perception on principals’knowledge leadership and teachers’professional learning community from various personal background and school environment variables; finally, the relationship between principals’knowledge leadership and teachers’ professional learning community was explored. This research method is mainly a questionnaire survey. Stratified Random Sampling method was adapted to sample 796 teachers from 62 elementary schools in Taoyuan County and 703 of them are considered valid, which is 88.1﹪With the application of software of SPSS 12.0 for wimdows, the sampling is analyzed with t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffé procedure, Pearson correlation analysis, Canonical correlation and Multiple stepwise regression. Conclusions obtained in this study are as in the followings: 1. The current situation of elementary school teachers’ perception in Taoyuan County of principals’ knowledge leadership was “above average”. 2. The current situation of elementary school teachers’ perception of professional learning community operational was “above average”. 3. There was significant difference in elementary school teachers’ perception on principles’ knowledge leadership in terms of different teacher’s gender, position and school scale. 4. There was significant difference in elementary school teachers’ professional learning community operational in terms of different school scale. 5. There was medium positive correlation and also significantly canonical correlation between principals’ knowledge leadership and teachers’ professional learning community operational. 6. “Knowledge innovation activity” in principals’ knowledge leadership had the most significant prediction power on teachers’ professional learning community operational as a whole. Based on the research conclusions, concrete suggestions were proposed to the educational administrations, elementary school principals, teachers and the subsequent researchers.
