國內的伺服器的製造業,產業競爭越來越激烈,為了使企業創造出更多的利潤與生存空間勢必要縮短產品研發時程,並加速產品上市(量產)時間,是企業經營所需重視的重要議題。如何藉由良好的溝通、領導行為和組織認同來提昇專案的成效,以期待增加企業的競爭力,這正是本論文所要研究的重點。經實證分析結果,本研究發現: 1.不管領導行為是採用單一轉換型領導方式或交易型領導方式,對於專案的績效有正相關。研究顯示,如果合併採用轉換型領導和交易型領導,對於專案的績效也有正相關 2.良好的溝通技巧對於專案績效有顯著正相關。如果成員之間能夠學會彼此尊重,營造出良好的工作環境,使用適合的溝通技巧,將會使專案績效有一定的增長。 3.團隊成員之間的感情、評價、認知、行為對於專案績效成顯著正相關。團隊需要營造出良好的觀念和氛圍,以增進團隊的認知,以及增進成員對組織認同。 本研究建議伺服器科技業的專案團隊,如果要有專案績效的增長,執行專案的過程中,需要有良好的溝通技巧和領導行為,人員才會全心全意的為專案付出,專案不致於時程上的延遲。如此才能讓企業獲利提升,永續經營。
The competition of domestic server manufacture industry is more and more intensive. In order to survive and create more profit, fastening new product development and time-to-market schedule is becoming the critical topic for this industry.How to strengthen the company’s competitiveness and project’s performance with good communication, leadership and organizational identity is the research points of this thesis. The research findings are: 1. Either transformational leadership or transactional leadership will introduce positive correlation to the project performance. And if combining both of them will also present the same result. 2. Good communication skill could have remarkable effect to project performance. If learning to respect between in team member, building a well working environment and applying appropriate communication skill will progress the project achievement. 3. The behavior of friendship, affirmative and understanding among team members shows a positive influence to project performance. So as to improve recognition to the team and organization, constructing good conception and atmosphere is necessary. This research conclude for server industry that the good communication and leadership in project implement will benefit the project performance and obtain the fully endorsement from all the team members to prevent project delay. This might make an enterprise be profitable and sustainable.
