行星式齒輪減速機的電腦輔助設計

摘要


本文主要針對應用最廣的2K-H型行星式齒輪系,發展一套適用於個人電 腦上操作之行星式齒輪減速機的電腦輔助設計軟體,提供友善的面板操作介面,並利用Matlab所提供的數值計算方法,讓使用者能輕易而迅速地獲得可靠的計算結果,以供使用者於設計行星式齒輪減速機的依據。 在發展電腦輔助設計軟體時,大致可以分為兩大單元,一為行星式齒輪減 速機的相關原理及公式計算,借由一般複式輪系的齒輪原理推廣到行星式齒輪系的應用,包含了設計齒輪所需的抗彎及面壓強度,以及齒輪加工與成品量測所需的相關尺寸。另外一個單元則是借由Matlab軟體的運算能力,將相關的計算公式串連起來,再搭配Matlab軟體的圖形使用者介面(GUI),使用者可以經由個人電腦在電腦輔助設計軟體的畫面中輸入相關數值後,畫面就會顯示出相關的計算結果。 另外,本文也探討螺旋角與行星齒輪個數對應力的影響。當螺旋角越大齒 輪承受的應力變小,所以齒輪齒面寬可越小。當行星齒輪個數增加時,齒輪所受的應力就變小,所以齒面寬也就隨著行星齒輪個數的增加而減小。齒面寬變小,可以使減速機內部的安排更緊湊,整個減速機的體積可變小。

This thesis is to develop a computer-aided design software for the most widely used 2K-H planetary gear train. The software can be operated on a personal computer, providing user-friendly and menu-driven interfaces as well as incorporating the numerical computation capability of MATLAB software. Thus, user can easily and quickly obtain the computational results, which can be the basis of designing planetary gear reducers. There are two parts in developing the CAD software. The first part describes the theories and equations, such as bending stress equation, contact stress equation, gear manufacturing and inspection methods, for designing planetary gear reducers. The second part uses the computational capability and graphic user interface (GUI) of MATLAB software to incorporate the gear design equations and develop menu-driven interfaces for the CAD software of the thesis. In addition, this thesis investigates the effect of the helical angle of gears and the number of planetary gears on the gear stress. The results show that both the gear stress and the gear width are reduced when the helical angle or the number of planet gears is increased. Therefore, the arrangement of inner parts of the gear reducer can be more compact and its whole volume can be smaller owing to the reduction of gear width.
