員工分紅費用化對高科技產業分紅制度之影響

摘要


自2008年起員工分紅必須以公平價值衡量並認列為費用。使得過去盛行分紅配股的高科技產業直接受到衝擊。故本研究探討員工分紅費用化後,對於高科技產業員工分紅配股率之影響。   本研究以高科技產業為研究對象,利用T檢定及多元迴歸分析進行假說檢定,研究結果發現 1.一向給予高配股率的高科技產業在員工分紅費用化實施後,員工分紅配股率明顯傾向調降配股比率。 2.「獲利能力」對員工分紅配股率之影響因員工分紅費用化實施後呈顯著減弱的現象。 3.「成長機會」對員工分紅配股率之影響因員工分紅費用化實施後呈減弱現象,但未達統計之顯著性水準。 4.「股價」對員工分紅配股率之影響因員工分紅費用化實施後呈增強現象,但未達統計之顯著性水準。 5.「人力資源重要性」對員工分紅配股率之影響因員工分紅費用化實施後呈增強之現象,但未達統計之顯著性水準。 6.「現金壓迫率」對員工分紅配股率之影響因員工分紅費用化實施後呈減弱的現象,但未達統計之顯著性水準。

Since 2008, it is necessary to recognize the employee bonus as an expense with fair value method. This change severely affected the high technology industry in Taiwan. In this study, after implementing the Expensing Employee Bonus, the impact on employees’stock bonus in high technology industry would be discussed. The samples of the high technology industry in Taiwan adopted are tested by using T test and multiple-regression analysis. The analytical results of this study show as follows: 1.After implementing the Expensing Employee Bonus,the rate of employees' stock bonus decrease significantly in high technology industry. 2.After implementing the Expensing Employee Bonus, the impact of “profit”on employees' stock bonus was significantly reduced. 3.After implementing the Expensing Employee Bonus, the impact of “growth opportunity”on employees stock bonus was reduced but not significantly. 4.After implementing the Expensing Employee Bonus, the impact of “stock price”on employees stock bonus was reduced but not significantly. 5.After implementing the Expensing Employee Bonus, the impact of “the importance of human resource”on employees stock bonus was reduced but not significantly 6.After implementing the Expensing Employee Bonus, the impact of“cash flow shortfall”on employees stock bonus was reduced but not significantly.
