THE MODERNIZATION TRANSFORMATION OF THE CULTURE IN THE OLD INDUSTRIAL BASE OF NORTHEAST CHINA
摘要
The policy of revitalizing the old industrial bases in Northeast China has brought historic development opportunities to the Northeast, and whether the old industrial bases in Northeast China can effectively respond to challenges and realize revitalization depends on whether the modernization transformation of culture can be realized. The modernization transformation of culture is premised on a profound analysis of the culture of the old industrial bases in Northeast China. It can be said that the culture of the old industrial bases in the Northeast belongs to the empirical culture of the agricultural society, and at the same time fits the planned economic system. Therefore, the modernization of cultural transformation is the key to revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China, and it also provides the driving force for the modernization of Northeast China.
