「背升1號」鉸鍊式汽車電動背門裝置之研製

The Development of "Backrise 1" Hinge Type Automobile Electric Liftgate Device

摘要


本研究以完全自主開發的專利技術,研製出一套新的汽車背門電動機構與控制裝置-「背升1號」。本裝置有別於目前用於一般休旅車的較大單元,以便能應用於下一波小型掀背車或一般轎車行李箱門的電動化配備中,來因應汽車電子化的需求並提升產業的競爭力。本研究採用「電動鉸鍊」的觀念,全新設計發明了以「傘齒式直接驅動離合器」為核心的電動背門裝置,特點是直接離合、驅動,結構簡單,馬達與輸出軸呈一直線的「鉸鍊」狀,初步的原型成品不論體積、重量均只有同級品的6/10~7/10,頗具市場競爭力。本研究除了研製出原型成品與建立相關的理論外,亦取得了1個發明專利與1個新型專利。

In this study, a self-developed patented technology was employed to develop a new automobile liftgate electric mechanism and control device-- ”Backrise 1”. Different from the bigger-size units currently applied in SUVs, this device can be applied in the next generation electric equipments for small hatchbacks or trunks of general sedans to meet the demands of automotive electronics and enhance the competitiveness of the industry. With the concept of electrical hinge, this study designed and developed a brand new electric liftgate device with bevel gear direct drive clutch as the core. The device is characterized for its direct clutch, drive, simple structure, and the linear hinge state of the motor and the output axis. The prototype is only about 6/10~7/10 of the size and weight of the same class products, thus has a very competitive edge in the market. In addition to the development of the prototype and the establishment of relevant theories, this study obtained a patent of invention and a patent of utility model.
