The purpose of this study aims at exploring of our country's marketing strategy of technological and vocational school in recruitment of students. Therefore, the text illustrates the definition of marketing and its importance at first. Second, investigates the source of marketing strategy and application in modern education and focus on the facing problem at present in the marketing strategy of technological and vocational school from the reason of marketing at the engaged school and explanation on the kinds of marketing tool. According to the result of document analysis, I propose the defects of marketing strategy of technological and vocational school. Including the administration personnel to the lack of marketing idea and resistant psychology and haven't the responsible marketing personal to process the entire marketing strategy programming. At last, pointing out to construct the well learning environment and should consistent the quality of education, to educate be a professional knowledge, competitive ability and job skill people. ”Marketing of technological and vocational school” has positive meaning.
