摘要

本研究旨在測得扇平自然教育區之遊客對於目前經營管理態度之問卷資料可信程度，藉由遊憩體驗、遊憩滿意度、環境價值觀表示遊客態度之變項，並以經營管理之供給層面與需求層面調查遊客對經營管理方式之看法，建立五個問卷量表。於現場進行測試調查，取得之原始資料進行項目分析及信度分析。最後的問卷僅刪除環境價值觀量表中之第2及11題，能使問卷得到較高的信度，經過修正後的問卷為賡續研究調查之基礎。

This study measures the reliability of the visitor survey of the current management style of the Shanping Natural Education Area. The variables considered in the study were categorized into 2 groups. First, visitors' attitudes involved recreation experience, recreation satisfaction, and environmental values. Next, the management style was divided into supply and demand aspects. These 5 variables were established as 5 questionnaire scales. After a primary survey on the scene, item analysis and reliability analysis were employed to analyze the data. In order to achieve a highly reliable and valid questionnaire, the results indicated that items 2 and 11 concerning environmental values should be removed from the guestionnaire. With the above modifications, the questionnaire could be used as the basis for further research.
