本研究發展一以正向及反向設計分析為基礎的DFX(Design for eXcenence)績效管理系統架構。研究成果除包括以往文獻常論及之流程導向(process-oriented)的DFX應用,更提出產品功能導向(function-oriented)的DFX應用觀點及以DFX同步設計屬性審閱平台整合流程導向及產品功能導向DFX應用的需求。 本研究的貢獻包括:(1)建立一個完整的DFX整合式管理模型及架構;(2)建立以屬性機能開、擴大型失效模式分析及e-化回報、追踪及分析系統為主的反向設計分析;(3)導入一以正向及反向設計分析為基礎的同步設計屬性審閱平台;(4)建立一個包含設計缺失預防及自我學習的機制的智慧型DFX績效管理系統架構;(5)建立一個整合性設計績效量測系統架構。
This study established a framework for an integrated DFX (Design For eXcellence) performance management systems through forward and backward design analyses. In this research, both process-oriented and function-oriented DFX issues were addressed. The study proposed “DFX Concurrent Attributes Review platform” to integrate the process-oriented and function-oriented DFX applications in the notebook computer designing operation. Our contributions include: (1) Establishing a complete DFX integrated management model and structure; (2) Establishing a backward design analysis mechanism which includes Extended Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (EFMEA), Attributes Function Deployment (AFD), and Feedback, Tracking and Analysis System (F(subscript e)TAS); (3) Introducing a concurrent design attributes review platform which is based on the forward and backward design analysis; (4) Establishing an intelligent DFX performance management system structure which includes self-learning and failures prevention mechanisms; (5) Establishing an integrated design performance measurement indices system structure.
