Based on viewpoint of the fifth discipline, the study tried to interpret and testify the relationship among knowledge management, organizational knowledge institutionalization, and organizational learning capacity in universities. The empirical findings were as follows: (1) There were significant differences of knowledge management, organizational knowledge institutionalization, and organizational learning capacity from different universities. (2) Both knowledge management and organizational knowledge institutionalization had positive influences on organizational learning capacity. (3) Knowledge management and organizational knowledge institutionalization played main and moderate enactors to organizational learning capacity respectively. (4) The model we proposed was well fit.
